by Rex Ziak

A unique fold-out book, mapping day-by-day Lewis and Clark's journey from the Rocky Mountains to the Pacific Ocean- and back.

About the author-
Rex Ziak (pronounced "zeek"), a highly-regarded local historian, has spent many years researching the details of Lewis and Clark's adventures on the lower Columbia River. His research uncovered several previously unknown Lewis and Clark sites, and determined that Station Camp marked the completion of their westward jouney. In 2002, he published these findings in his ground-breaking book, "In Full View". Mr. Ziak's testimony before Congress in 2004 helped to pass the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park Designation Act, which created the nation's newest national park.

Realizing how useful an easily portable map-guide would be for visitors to this part of the Lewis and Clark trail, Mr. Ziak created this unique fold-out book, which vividly depicts the Corps of Discovery's journey from the Rocky Mountains to the Pacific Ocean- and back.
