The over 100 year history of Brix Maritime (originally Knappton Towboat Company) is shared by third-generation Peter Brix, who served the family business as a deckhand and as CEO. Photographs, many from the author's personal collection, of over 260 tugboats are shown, and over 170 barges listed, complete with specifications.
